At Jeevan Rahasya – Swami Prabhakar Dutt Shukla, we take every consultation, spiritual service, and guidance session very seriously. Each booking involves time, preparation, and personalized effort, making it a unique spiritual commitment.

1. Astrology Consultations & Spiritual Services

  • All bookings for consultations, pujas, or spiritual guidance are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • If you cannot attend a scheduled session, we may allow rescheduling (subject to availability) if informed at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Gemstones & Spiritual Products

  • Gemstones and spiritual products are certified and customized for each individual.

  • Once an order is placed, it is non-cancellable & non-refundable.

  • Products are shipped worldwide with free delivery, but no returns are accepted.

3. Event & Festival Pre-Bookings

  • Pre-booking for consultations at international festivals/events (such as Melbourne Diwali Festival) is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Due to limited slots, all payments are final and non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In rare cases where we are unable to deliver the service (e.g., cancellation due to unavoidable reasons on our side), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Payment Methods

  • Accepted: Cash (where allowed), Razorpay, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (if applicable), PayPal, Remitly.

  • No hidden charges; pricing is transparent at the time of booking.

6. Disclaimer

Our services are based on authentic Vedic astrology & spiritual traditions. While remedies have proven effective for thousands of clients, results may vary as they depend on divine grace and personal karma.
