Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy (Effective Date: [03/20/2025]) For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we," "us," "our" shall mean PRABHAKAR DUTT SHUKLA, operating under a registered society with an operational address at: 1/692 Ratan Khand, Sharda Nagar Yojna, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 226002, India. The terms "you," "your," "user," and "visitor" shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website or has agreed to purchase a consultation from us. 1. Acceptance of Terms By booking a consultation with us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not proceed with booking a consultation. 2. Consultation Details Each astrology consultation will be conducted in person only. No online consultations will be provided as part of this service. Consultation duration is fixed at 45 minutes per session. Consultation types include (but are not limited to): Career Guidance Relationship Compatibility Financial Forecast Health and Wellbeing Vastu Consultation (on-site) General Life Reading 3. Booking Policy ✅ Booking Confirmation: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payment can be made via: Credit Card (if PayPal allows) PayPal Bank Transfer Payments can be made in INR (Indian Rupees) or AUD (Australian Dollars) depending on the client's preference. All bookings are confirmed via email upon successful payment. Bookings must be made at least 7 days before the consultation date. 4. Cancellation Policy ✅ Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 20 days before the scheduled consultation date. In case of cancellation: 20% of the booking amount will be refunded. Alternatively, the amount can be adjusted towards a future booking upon request. No refunds will be processed for cancellations made less than 20 days before the appointment. ✅ Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: Health emergencies Scheduling conflicts Travel issues In such cases, you will be notified promptly via WhatsApp or email. If we cancel, you may choose to: Reschedule at no extra cost Receive a full refund 5.
