For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we”, “our”, “us” refer to Prabhakar Dutt Shukla (Jeevan Rahasya), with registered office at 1/692 Ratan Khand, Sharda Nagar Yojna, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 226002, India.


The terms “you”, “your”, “client”, “visitor” refer to any individual who visits our website, books a service, or engages with us in Australia or through our online platforms.

1. Scope of Services

  • We offer Vedic astrology consultations, puja/anushthan bookings, gemstone bookings, Jeevan Rahasya Reliquary Box bookings, and spiritual guidance sessions during events (e.g., Melbourne Diwali Festival) and private consultations.

  • Gemstones and puja materials are only booked in Australia and delivered after return to India through certified couriers. Direct sales are not conducted at the stall or residence.

  • Services are based on Vedic astrology principles and are intended for guidance and holistic growth.

2. Event & Consultation Details

  • Melbourne Diwali Festival Consultations are offered on a first come, first serve basis unless pre-booked online.

  • After October 11, 2025, consultations will also be available at Swami Ji’s residence (Airbnb near Melbourne CBD/Collingwood) or at a client’s location (by arrangement).

  • Travel to other cities such as Sydney is subject to sufficient confirmed bookings.

3. Spiritual Assurance

  • We believe in the divine power of Vedic astrology remedies and take partial guarantee, as remedies are prayed for sincerely.

  • In our experience, remedies have been effective in 90%+ of cases. However, outcomes are ultimately guided by divine will, and we cannot guarantee results with certainty.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Festival pricing may apply (e.g., AUD $199 → discounted to AUD $99 for limited slots).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Accepted payment methods include: Cash (if venue permits), Razorpay, Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Remitly, and UPI (if supported locally).

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • No refunds are provided once a booking is confirmed.

  • Bookings may be transferred to a family member or friend with prior notice.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

  • Our services are spiritual and astrological guidance only. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.

  • We make no absolute warranties regarding specific results. Remedies are subject to divine acceptance.

  • By engaging with us, you acknowledge that participation is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials (texts, graphics, designs, and content) on our website or event collateral are the intellectual property of Prabhakar Dutt Shukla (Jeevan Rahasya).

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Personal details (such as date, time, and place of birth) are collected solely for providing astrological services.

  • We do not share or sell your personal data with third parties.
